LA.IDEA Inspires: Roosevelt High School

In March 2020, Veronica Moughon, Architect at Clark Nexsen, shared her story at Roosevelt High School. She talked about her multicultural background as well as her career in architecture. She was invited by LA.IDEA’s partnership with Liberty’s Promise – a program created to inspire high school students to learn about the Architectural, Engineering and Design professions.

We would like to thank Veronica for her time. “It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon at Roosevelt High School talking to the students about my experience as an immigrant and going to college. I’m so grateful for initiatives like this and being able to bring hope to our community by sharing our stories. We look forward to continuing our mission to inspire the local youth later this year. In the meantime, stay home and be safe.
